ATribe Tickets connects you with event organizers across Nigeria. We handle the ticketing and payments — organizers handle the events. Please read these terms before buying, selling, or promoting tickets on the platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or listing an event on ATribe Tickets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
ATribe Tickets (atribespot.com) is a ticketing platform operated by Aesthetic Tribe Essence ("ATE", "we", "us"). We provide the technology for organizers to list and sell tickets to events, and for buyers to discover and purchase them securely.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer, curator, or admin account, or to make a purchase on ATribe Tickets. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The platform supports several account types: Organizers, who create and manage events; Experience Curators, who promote events via referral links in exchange for commission; and buyers, who purchase tickets without needing an account. Each role has its own responsibilities and dashboard, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
When you buy a ticket, you're entering into a transaction with the event organizer — ATribe Tickets facilitates the sale and payment processing. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and postponements.
Organizers are solely responsible for the content, delivery, safety, and legality of their events, including obtaining any permits or licenses required. ATribe Tickets does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any event listed on the platform. Organizers agree to honor tickets sold in good faith and to communicate promptly with attendees about any changes.
ATribe Tickets charges a platform fee on ticket sales, in addition to standard Paystack payment processing fees. Organizers can choose to absorb these fees or pass them on to attendees at checkout. Payouts are made to the bank account linked to an organizer's account, subject to our standard processing timelines.
Curators earn a commission, set by each event's organizer, for tickets sold through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated per ticket and credited to the curator's wallet once a sale is confirmed. Curators may not use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized advertising to promote events.
You agree not to: create fraudulent events or transactions; resell tickets at inflated prices without organizer consent; scrape or copy platform data; impersonate another person or organization; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Each ticket includes a unique QR code that can only be scanned once at the door. Duplicated, screenshotted, or forwarded tickets used after the original has been scanned will be marked invalid. Entry is at the discretion of the event organizer and venue.
We collect and process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPR). Details on what we collect and how it's used are in our Privacy Policy. Where you consent at checkout to share your details with an event organizer, that data is used solely for ticketing and event communication.
The ATribe Tickets name, logo, and platform design are the property of Aesthetic Tribe Essence. Event content — including images, descriptions, and branding — remains the property of the respective organizer.
ATribe Tickets is not liable for losses arising from an event's cancellation, postponement, quality, or conduct, as we are not the event organizer. Our liability in connection with the platform is limited to the ticketing fees we've collected on the relevant transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ATribe Tickets after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
